If you open your cd tray there should be a space for the smaller disk in the centre of the tray, put the disk there and it should work.

How do I install music express, CD is too small for the place where you put the regular size CD? Does this cost anything?

If your drive has the common tray that extends for loading and removal, look at the bottom of the tray; it will have a depression intended for this small CD format. If it is slot-loaded, you have a problem. Your best bet then would be to have a friend copy the CD's content to a standard CD your drive can accept.

I have tried to load music from windows media and the mp3 does nothing. What am I doing wrong?

I think you have to use the software "Music Express" that comes with it. I had the same problem but it worked with that software.

I just got a coby mp3 player for my wife, but all

I-Tunes is very proprietory, the music player is encoded on an AAC codec. The coby player is going to play Mp3 codec. There is only one way to get your music off of the itunes music engine and on to your Windows Media Player, which the coby will recognize. You need to basically make cd's of your music and then reload them onto your Windows Media Player. Unless you loaded the music from your own cd's it will be an arduos task. If you loaded the music into Itunes from your own cd's then you can re-load them into WMP (Windows Media Player). I would suggest before you load the discs that you change the settings in WMP to Mp3 and not the default of WMA this just makes it more universal ... although I do believe all coby players will play WMA. But with Mp3 codec in the WMP you can encode music at a higher kbs than WMA. That is the one thing that is wrong with apple itunes is that it can only be loaded onto Ipod players..... hope this helps

Well i need help

So you have a mini disc for your mp3 player. You put that into you CD/DVD Drive, it fit my friend. All kind of CD/DVD Driver have a fit layer to that small or mini disc. Install that software and run for setup to download some music to your MP3 player. I know its works. Keep look at the layer of your CD/DVD Driver, eject it and you can see it there..Good luck!

ICONCEPTS DIGITAL MUSIC PLAYER

I had the same problem, repeatedly. I have two sons, both got identical players. The first registered flawlessly, the second failed repeatedly. No help from anywhere. Tried loading on additional PC's and laptops, no solution. After giving up, and playing with the working model, I realized that the button lock on the non-working model was in the lock position. I unlocked it and it registered. I am amazed that this simple issue is not on the front page of the manual, or pop up in the error message box. Best of luck.

Cannot download music to mp3 player

What happens when you plug it into a USB port in your computer?

It should appear as another drive on my computer. If you already have music loaded up in your hard drive, you could try it one of two ways.

1) copy the MP3 songs from the hard drive and paste them to the drive letter assigned to the MP3 player

2) Run Windows media player. See if your device appears on the right side of the screen. If it does you can simply drag and drop your music into the right side of the screen. It will tell you on the screen.

Option 2 is the easiest way to do it.

Sakar or iConcepts mp3 not working????

Walmart and many other sites sells songs that are DRM encrypted, meaning they are copy protected. Your MP3 player will not play these unless it is DRM 9 / 10 compatable. The purchase license permits you to download and play in the first device, when copied to another device the DRM prohibits playback in the second device.

Just plug the mp3 player in like it was a removable storage device and drag and drop the songs into a folder on the mp3 player. you can delete the songs the same way. You dont have to install the software that comes with the player. I bought my son one and was having the same problems as you guys and this is how I fixed it.
