get a new camcorder/palmcorder, because of this POS i am now doomed to retape my entire spanish project over again, which i travelled well over 300 miles for

i have dew detected all the time that shuts down my camera

When the camera's circuits detect condensation on the tape heads, this message is shown and the camera shuts down. This is to prevent damage to tapes, that could stick to the damp head.  It is recommended to leave the camera in a warm and dry place until sufficient time has elapsed for the condensation to evaporate. This may be several hours. Do not leave the camera anywhere too warm that is likely to damage it, like on a stove or radiator.  This issue is commonly caused by moving the camera from the cold outdoors, into the warmth of indoors. If the symptoms persist, the head may be dirty. try a head cleaner cassette, or failing that, return for service.

It hopefully just needs gentle persuasion with tweezers and good light.  Failing that you may need an engineer to dismantle the camera. Send it away for service.

Many companies have discontinued VHS-C tapes. I believe Maxell still makes them. I've recently found some at the large department stores (starts with "W"). If you find some, stock up while you can.

I am looking for adator (Dc/c.c. in 6V) for my Quasar palmcorder VM_L153-D, also A/V adator, . I will also like to down load the manual for this product
