Matsui TV buzzing

I really hope someone can help me here.
I bought a 5 month old Matsui 32lw507 and when I got home discovered there was a buzzing noise coming from it when switched on. Even on mute I could still hear the buzzing. I started with a freeview box plugged in and aerial. I unplugged everything and the buzzing was still happening.
I called a local TV repair man who I have just spoken to and he has said that the invetor/inveptor/invector board has gone and is trying to source the part. He said to call back in a couple of weeks!!
Has anyone every heard of this or should I just go pick my tv up and put up with the buzzing as he also has no idea how much it is going to cost. Thanks for your help

Mitsubishi wd-73736 bulbs buzzing noise

The Ballast that ignites the Lamp could cause the Lamp to fail and/or cause a buzzing noise. That being said, the Color Wheel in the Optical Block assembly could also cause a similar symptom. If Mitsubishi would be willing to help with the Lamp cost, I would call a local Mitsubishi repair facility to install it and see if the noise is still there and find out exactly what is causing it. Mitsubishi Customer Service Phone number is 1800-332-2119.
I hope this helps,

Our Wii has no power no light no nothing

Okay, I had this problem also, it made me freak out, considering it was only 1 week old! what I did, and it worked, is
1. unplug every wire connected to the system (wires to/from wall, to sensor bar, and to/from TV)
2. unplug every other thing connected to it (i.e. memory cards, older controlers, etc...)
3. let it stand off in the dark for a couple of minutes (I reccomend 5 minutes or so)
4. plug the wires back in
5. turn it on
6. put anything else back in (i.e. the memory card)

If that doesn't work, or if this keeps happening, I reccomend bringing it back to the place you bought it (Walmart, Best Buy, Circuit City, etc)
, b/c they can give you a new one, or your money back. However, the warrenty could expire, or not even exist if you bought it online, or if you've had it too long.

I hope I helped you!
