Question about Televison & Video
If you will look at my profile you'll see that I contacted you on Jan 30 about a problem that I thought might be fairly simply rectified by you, as I could not. I tried all day. I paid the $20 for expert advice d that's when things went south. Suddenly I couldn't get in contact with any of your consultants or experts at all. I couldn't sign in. nothing worked. I've never been contacted again by you, to see if the problem was resolved, making me realize this was a scam.It's been almost 3 weeks; I had to leave town for work with no resolution to my remote problem, no feedback. if you ARE the kind of company you say you are, then you'll refund my money, as I am very VERY dissatisfied with your service.
