i have a kenwood kac-728s and two coustic 10in. subwoofers hooked to it and every time i start my car and the radio powers on the two 20 watt fuses on the amp blows.any ideas?

- Ok well since i have posted this problem haven't had any luck. Fuses just keep on popping left and right i have tried moving the ground wire and i have also checked every connection to and from the amp and the radio so any idea will be great.

- I also forgot to mention that i have also unhooked the subs and the rca jacks and left the remote wire hooked into the amp and the two 20w fuses still blew.
That is pretty much saying that the amp's power supply is shorted or at least has a low resistance path to ground which is causing the fuses on the amp to blow. The amp has protection circuitry to prevent damage to the output stage so that is not what is causing this. Is the amp new?

So i hooked up my lighting audio b4.250.2 amplifiers to my subs and it was working for a day. Then the next day i had to jump my car because i left the battery on and now the amps arnt working. It is getting pwer to the amps, but the amps arnt turning on. I also changed the fuses but its still not turning on. I dont know what wrong with it
