Screen problem (by 5 users)
whenever i turn my phone on, everything works but the screen is a dark blue. the backlight is working fine and i can recieve calls but it just cant see anything! is there anyway to fix this problem? please helppp. =/

Same problem here. But after a month, the screen magically came back to life!! It worked for a couple of weeks and then DIED again! Actually, I figured something out--if I activate the camera, then lines appear all up and down (as if it really WANTS to work...). As soon as the camera is off, only the backlight is on (black screen).
The phone is young--less than 2 yrs old.
Other than the dead screen issue, great phone!

I have the same problem after 1 1/2 years.
Just posting to see if this is a common problem with this phone.

I have the same problem..everything works, but I can't see my screen. Seem like this is a crappy model. Today I ended up having to buy a new phone

Same problem, here. I can make and receive calls, but I can't see anything on the main LCD display screen but a blue screen. I've been looking for info on the Web about this kind of problem with cell phone LCD displays. It could be that I allowed my phone to be exposed to the cold (it has been very cold here in Chicago this winter), and the crystals in the LCD froze. My impression is that this damage is permanent and it's best to just purchase a new phone. And then try to keep the phone warm and dry -- don't carry it in an outside pocket or your purse, but an inside pocket close to your body. I don't know what else to do.
