Water leakage- V'spresso machine

Water drips from the steam wand while the coffee is brewing. Also,I'm noticing little pools of water under the coffee maker and don't know exactly where it's coming from but I think from the brew group. I have been cleaning and descaling on a regular basis. HELP!

I had the same problem. The water was coming from the front door switch inside top right. I followed the water and turns out the part that needed to be replaced was the steam valve body. #48. http://www.shop.partsguru.com/images/1208344975339-771025787.jpeg and link http://www.shop.partsguru.com/images/1208344975339-771025787.jpeg after I changed it the pool of water under the machine stopped. I hope this helps.

Hi
Check the drain behind the brew unit. There is a pocket below the injector that can plug up and cause water to drain under the drip tray. Check this first. Stick you finger in the pocket and see if there is water in it. If there is, the drain below and to the right is plugged and just needs to be cleaned.

Hi
When the machine is done brewing some water is relieved into the drip tray. This is the pressure relief. Some coffee residue is also taken into the drip tray. This is normal. As long as nothing is under the machine your OK.

Hi
Check behind the drip tray for coffee grounds. Make sure that your drip tray is locked in. If its not fully locked it, this could be your problem. If everything is removed but the brew unit, grab the handle without pushing the press button, and pull. If the brew unit comes out, it wasn't locked in. Put the drip tray in. Set the brew unit on the drip tray. Now slide the brew unit towards the machine with a little force and see if that locked it in?

Sounds like the boiler is blocked, and machine needs to be descaled. Try this first remove the parnello if your machine has one on the steam wand then using a paperclip clear out the end of the wand, that might be blocked. If it isn't then run the descale to clear out the blockage in the boiler.

Water not getting through

If you look under that white nozzle you will notice a small hole that leads to the drain tray, clean out hole and the area or small enclosure around the white nozzle (clogged with coffee grounds), and make sure that if you pour a little water in that enclosure it goes to the drain tray. That will solve the water under machine problem.
For the amount of water from the coffee nozzle, check brew unit, you will have to remove the shower screen and clean, make sure that the unit is not clogged in one of the tubes.

Steam wand shooting water instead of steam

You're supposed to wait for the blinking light to go solid before attempting to steam your milk!
Until then, the water isn't hot enough (it's at coffee-brewing temp, not steaming temp) to produce steam.
Further, after steaming, the water is too hot for coffee's correct brewing temp, and the light again blinks until it has cooled down enough, if you care.
