As long as you haven't changed the pin it will be the above.

I understand that how much pain r u feeling plz follow these:
1.Install a antivirus and scan ur handset.
2. Sync ur handset with p.c by installing motorola phone tool then take backup of ur data and format ur handset and also format ur memory card if it is there.
3.Menu >> Settings >> Initial Setup >> Master Reset >>00000 (six times) or 1234
4.Flash ur handset from ur service centre of motorola.
Please don't forget to take backup of ur handset.
