Question about WYSE S10 (90210501) Network Terminal
As I have seen, a lot of people have the same problem as we do. We have Wyse s10 clients with the latest firmware installed and working. After some time, 3 of our clients hunged up during normal RDP process. We shut them down by keeping the power button pressed. After that, the power button color turned to orange and there is no way to recover them in normal operation.
Does anybody know what to do? We have shiped them to Wyse technical support center via RMA procedure. We have not got any news yet.
Any help apreciated.
Pull out the power cord for 5 minutes than put back in and turn on
