Question about Belling DB2 Dual Fuel (Electric and Gas) Kitchen Range
Hi, we have moved house and inherited a Belling Platinum Daul Fuel DB2 cooker, but I need an instruction manual in order to set the timer/clock etc. Please can you help?

The clock is flashing zeros because you need to set the clock timer.To do this you need to press and hold in both of the the cook period and end time buttons together, then with both buttons still held in , press either the "+" or "-" buttons to set the correct time of day

Generally, reduce both the temperature and cook time 20% when using convection. 350 F becomes 300 or so, for instance. One hour becomes 45-50 minutes.
