As i was to say the tv is a brand name DEC, which are made up of either toshiba sanyo or phillips parts,
The remote is a Brand nake Remotec, the only model nuber i assume is in the battery housing which are these
R30520 and a seperate number 711002020 00,

The remote is a Brand nake Remotec, the only model nuber i assume is in the battery housing which are these

I tried the manufacturers site for this info... got to a product support page http://www.remotec.com.hk/tech.htm but your model is not there. Do you recons any of the numbers, try and email them direct if there you cannot find your model. Good luck. A FixYa rating would be great for my efforts to resolve this problem for you. Feel free to get back to me is the factory fails fo supply the instructions :)
