Having these problems:
1. When printing colour pages:
a) black doesn't get transferred unto the paper at all
b) colours on the paper are not fully transferred, some are transferred, some are not
2. Black print outs appears better, readable.
3. On both colour and black prints, they are offset by 35mm at the leading edge.
-   I don't know about any offset in my case, but the printing effects are the same on my C900. I have black text if printing in monochrome, and only some shades of blue (mostly), rarly red or yellow.
Epson Status Monitor 3 reports that the printer have about 25% drum cartridge left, and about 33% left of each color - maybe slightly more black. So it can't be those basic problems.
I have tried rotating the timing roller mentioned here, bit by bit, with no results to the better.
-   When printing the green comes out faint and the blue has a tint of red. Each toner shows ample ink and I have taken each one out and shaken it. Still not printing the right colours-   Guest

When Printing in Monochrome mode:
Black print outs normally
Solution already Tried:
hi I believe this is a timing problem, you have done alot yet the same problem recurs . Compare the toner drum assembly holder positioning with another similar printer to justify its timing. Remove this holder drum and inspect the metallic contact tracks behind it.

I have an epson aculaser c900 with a photoconductor unit that appears to be stuck in the printer. Is there another way of getting this out of the printer. I have tried pulling this out using the tab on the pcu and with the fuser in unlocked position but the pscu appears to be jammed in.
