I found out the microphone was the problem. I took it to the sprint store and they replaced it with a brand new phone for 35.00. I was very surprised and thrilled.

If u r using a bluetooth headset you may be inadvertantly muting the phone using the side buttons. When u make a call look at the main screen and see if it says unmute in the lower left hand corner. If so press the button under it and speak again and see if that works for you

Ican hear the other party but they cannot hear me. Nokia 6350

Your Nokia 6350 Inner Microphone is defective.

The Phone was dropped or smashed.
The Phone got liquid damage.

Solution :

Replace the Microphone.
Not an easy task to do, doing this repair procedure with no Professional Tools, may cause further damage to your phone.

In this Case,i recommend you :
  • (if you still under warranty) to give it to your nearest "Genuine" Nokia Shop for reparation.
  • a trusted Phone repair shop, this repair won't cost you less than 12-15$.

Best Regards.

My phone sends and recieves calls but we can not hear the other party.

There is a problem with your speaker. You may want to get a new one. There isn't an easy or inexpensive way to fix it.

No sound when the tv is on and the mute is turned off

I still am unclear as to your hook up but lets try this, if you have your DVD/VCR plugged into the TV audio and video and a audio cord from the tv monitor out to an input on the reciever, this way you should hear the sound at the tv and reciever.
However if you have your DVD/VCR plugged into the reciever first audio and video connections made at the reciever you should just have a video cord fromthe monitor out of the reciever to the tv and your audio will come from the reciever
