Mouse works fine. Put new batteries in mouse and went through the buttons and the red light stays on.
There is a green button on your reciever and below the mouse.
press the connect button on both together and release them

unplug the usb reciever and plug it into another usb plug. then once it is reconized . press and hold the reviever button down for 5 sec. then press the button on the mouse that should make it resync
