The best way to determine if this is in fact a connectivity/driver problem with the camera is to read the card independently. i.e. remove it from the camera and read it via the reader built into your computer or, absent of that an external reader which can be inexpensively purchased for about $10
Try turning your camera on and putting it in play mode WITHOUT the card inserted. If you can see the images, this will explain that the images are in your camera's memory and not on the card.

it still did not recognized my pictures. it shows that no picture or video is on the memory card which is not true. what shall I do?
If you have Windows XP or newer operating system or and Apple computer product, your computer should recognize your camera once you plug it in. Within seconds, the windows operating system should bring up a wizard on the screen which will assist you in viewing, saving, etc, the images from your camera.
