Hi There
I have this for you to read and hope this helps you.Let me know how it goes.
F/H No water detected entering machine or Pressure switch trip not detected.

If after 30 seconds the control does not detect water entering machine and then valves will be turned off and the error code will be displayed.
Or
If the control has turned the water valves on and after 8 minutes the flow meter has detected 10.5 gallons of water passing through it, but has not detected the pressure switch trip, the valves will be turned off and the error code will flash.

    2. Check for plugged or kinked inlet hoses or plugged screens in the inlet valves
    3. Verify inlet valve operation
  • If there is water in the unit:
    1. Verify Drain pump operation

What does the F and H mean

Do you mean "HF"?
According to the manual HF means water inlet problem.
-Select PAUSE/CANCEL twice to cancel the cycle. Unplug washer.
-Are faucets completely turned on?
-Are screens at inlet hose connection clogged?
-Are hoses kinked?
-Are inlet hoses frozen?
Plug in washer, re-select cycle and press START. If the problem remains, call for service.

Fill cycle stops before full

It's underfilling The water-level switch regulates your washer's fill volume. This switch is usually a diaphragm device with a small, clear tube attached between the switch and the bottom of the washer's outer tub. As the water level in the tub increases, the pressure on the air in the tube increases. When the pressure reaches a certain level, it activates the switch, shuts off the water, and signals the timer to begin the agitate cycle. If the switch is defective, it may prematurely signal the water to shut off. If so, you probably need to replace the water-level switch.

HF signal code

Check your exit hose spigot, it may be clogged. This is if your filter is all clean. There should be air for passage in the standpipe behind. Your hose should not fit airtight into the standpipe and neither too deep into it. Snaking out your standpipe would be good too. Height of exit hose should be approx 3 feet from ground level.
