I've got a polaroid PDC 3030 but I can't down load the pictures on windows vista

This camera do not have a platform for vista ...and I do not think that you will be able to find a driver for it ...but ..if you are using a SD or MMC card...just use a card reader ...to download directly from the card ...if you do not have one ...go and buy a usb based one from any computer store...it will not cost much ...and it will do the job without any more cables or drivers...
just as a suggestion I will link for a cheap one on eBay ..to make you an Idea about what you need,,,

This one will do ...and will read Sd ...mmc and other card types ...and its only about 5 dollars..and free shipping ...if you will look more careful you can even find cheaper ones...
