Question about Mamiya ZD Digital Camera
I don't know what to do. My Mamiya ZD has been flashing "busy" for a few hours now. I turned it off and it's still flashing. The red light on the memory card door periodically comes on and then turns off. I'm afraid to take out the battery because I don't want that to cause further malfunction.

It happened to me last year in July 2008. All the images were wiped off the card.
I was told by Robert White cameras in Poole, Dorset, England from where I bought the camera that it was a card problem. With the card connected to your Mac by a reader, go to Apps, Utilities folder, Disc Utility. Select the card from the menu on the left. Select Erase and then choose how many times you want to erase. This will take a few minutes but will clean the card. Never use a card from another camera. Just use cards for use in the ZD only.
I have not had the problem since.
