Question about i-mate JASJAR Smartphone

Low Mic Volume

The microphone on my phone is very low and people cannot hear me when I am speaking to them. When I try to make a voice recordin, I have to scream for the mic to even pick up my voice and it still plays back as quiet as a whisper. I was working just fine and all of a sudden, someone I was speaking to said they couldnt here me. Any ideas, what might have caused this, or any solutions on how to fix it?

My volume is low or off and no one can hear me when on the phone. how do i turn the vol up

HI. The mic volume cannot be adjusted;Only the speaker volume can be adjusted on this model. With that said; I would advise to be sure that you have switched on the microphone. Also; Make sure that the phone is close enough to your mouth. The microphone is located at the bottom of the phone. This is all you can do, concerning the mic performance.Unfortunately; It is not adjustable at all.

When calling out or receiving a call I can hear the person at the other end of kine but they can not hear me. Any solutions

Make sure that your phone's in call volume is not low or muted. In case it is fine, then the problem is with the microphone and it needs to be replaced. I'd suggest to get it replaced by some authorized person or good mechanic as it will require the dismantling of your phone and if you would do it without the experience, then you might break the cover.

I can hear the others but they do not hear me during a call. Is it a microphone problem?

Yes, it seems that the microphone needs to be replaced, you may also try the sound recorder and check if it records your voice? In case it does, then the mic is okay, but in case it doesnot, then it is definitely a microphone problem.

Samsung SGH-L700 low microphone volume

go to settings and find master reset and it will restart the phone to factory settings, and the mic might work if that was a defect,if that dont work the mic got some water or moisture in it and now works quiet and then could just wont work at all so turn fone of and dry the speaker with a heater if that dont work your mic is bad.please leave a comment, vote, note.thankyou

Can't hear anything in my bluetooth headset, mic is working

Hi--First, make sure your "mute" function is off.  Try holding both volume buttons at the same time for a second or two.  If that doesn't help, while you're having a conversation, either with or without bluetooth, make sure your phone's volume is turned up.  On a lot of phones the volume button will control both ringer and conversation volumes, but turning it up without the phone in use only affects the ringer volume.  My husband thought there was something wrong with his bluetooth until we noticed his phone volume was set too low--not as noticeable on handset, but bluetooth apparently needs volume up pretty high!

1) Speakerphone mode 2) Voice Recording

The technician was correct in the sense that what he suggested is an accepted way of improving sound quality - in other words it stops distortion and in the TyTn IIs case has been found to improve matters. I appreciate that it is by no means an ideal solution, however the Kaiser does have a problem with speaker phone mode. This has been discussed at

this problem is due to very low volume of your loudspeaker...when u speak, they can hear u, but due to the low volume of the loud speaker, u can't hear this is the solution: increase the volume of the loudspeaker, by increasing the volume keys at the side of the phone..

NOTE: you should do this when you are in a call....plz be particular in it or the volume won't increase...

good luck
