I am in need of the push button with the m/n 21/23 battery. As i have dropped it several times and now it will not work. The chime is a SL-6180-RX-A with 3 D 1.5 V batteries. The remote is a SL-6194-TX Revia 085-6194-05 which i think i need. Thank you [email protected]

It seems your doorbell transmitter got wet and corroded the contacts.
These push buttons are not sealed at all and thus will let rain, snow etc. eventually corrode the electronics.
Solution: Find a new push button on eBay.

Heath-Zenith (I beleive they bought DESA) makes a battery remote push button bell that says its compatible with all Heath Zenith chimes. I bought one at Home Depot and it worked for my SL-6195-RX. (an on line doorbell seller and the Home Depot assoc all said it wouldn't work.)
UPC is 16963961975.
Item also shows a code "11G43" on a sticker on the back of the package.

The contacts in the outside push button unit may need cleaning. They do get dirty over time. If that doesn't solve your problem you can contact the Zenith Company, who is now is the manufacturer for tech service issues. 800-858-8501.

You can buy a new wireless doorbell intercom camera units.

Batteries are located in the doorbell push button case in the back. Slide open a compartment to reveal the batteries.

I believe this is also the Zenith door chime. I bought mine at home depot, and they have the push buttons.
