Hi to all..
almost tried everything,i badly need a software/installer coz my pc
does not recognize my phone wen i try to transfer files to my pc..
i have a usb cable but i dont have a cd installer,can u give me a free
download of a software that would be able to read my phone to my

look online for "mobile phone tools" software.
HOWEVER
I've tried this one, and still I'm experiencing the same problem. I've checked bot the cable and the USB port/s but nothing seems wrong with them. I've posted the same matter as this one, hoping that someone could help. please do post/reply to my post/contact me if ever my suggestion will work out in your case. by the way, my phone is moto razr v3.

EUREKA got the solution to my own problems! through browsing on the forums in here and experimenting on the softwares. we had the same problem and YOU DON'T HAVE TO PAY A SINGLE DIME! disappointingly, motorola didn't really included any disk with the phone so we can use it when we want to connect our phones to the pc. Not a very consumer-friendly move they have there!
download the MOTO RAZR V3 usb driver software (or your specific mobile phone model) from nodevice.com.
mine is from this link: http://www.nodevice.com/driver/MOTO_RAZR_V3/get39383.html
then download your MPT or mobile phone tools software online, search through yahoo and google in quotes. i'm sorry if i haven't remember which site was it from.
plug in your phone through the usb cable (any brand of cable, no need to buy the motorola a/b usb cable). the PC will pop the message "found new hardware" you browse the folder where you have saved your usb driver software you've just downloaded. then click next. woohoo!
afterwhich, as the PC have recognized the device. open your MPT software that you should have also installed on your PC after downloading them. the software will react to configure it to your device, if this part fails, click on (on the phone model thingy that should appear on your computer screen) MENU>SETUP>NEW PHONE then follow the instructions, it should automatically initialize your phone.
try zedge.net they have cool and free downloads there too! enjoy!

Listen wat u need to do is go n google and ype motorola razor mod .Then go to the first link and download the software.That should fix it.I spelled motorola wrong i need so fix that

l have a motorola V6 and l just recently got a USB data cable but my PC doesnt recognize my computer please let me no the free sofware or tools to download to use this cable l urgently need to upload some files, l was using my bluetooth USB plug in but it melfunctioned and l highly recommend them to anyone they are great but please email me the information.

I seriously have a problem with my phone. I have a cord to connect the phone to the pc but my computer wont recognize it. Nothing shows on the screen. Somehow I think I may have been cheated when I bought my phone because it came with no disk. Can you somehow show me how to make the computer recognize my L6 phone.
