Question about Janome D'cor Excel Pro 5124 Mechanical Sewing Machine
I have tried and tried and my automatic threader - which was a very major reason why I bought this machine does not thread the needle. I live in the knoxville, TN area and would like to get the machine in for a through over all cleaning as the dealer who sold it to me in Naples, FL went out of business. Please let me know where I should take it where I can get it repaired and learn more in using it properly. Thank you - Cinda Russell
Lever the auto threader slightly back and pull down- if it doesnt pull down adjust the needle up or down slightly. Once it is down behind the needle, place thread under far left of threader then pull across to far right and hook behind tiny hook. Sounds complicated but not so when you get the basic action. Release and guide back up and the thread should be thru the hole and looped up bahind it. Hope you get it.
