Question about Whirlpool GR460 Electric Kitchen Range
Display came up with 2 error codes e2 and f3.was able to clear.problem just came back again, also my wife says the oven portion cooks slow.
F3 is an open or shorted oven temperature sensor, you will have to replace this and it should be attached near one of the elements but you will have to pull it out through the back.
E2 is, sorry to say, a possible ERC or Electric Range Control, otherwise known as the brain behind it. But on the plus side, sometimes it gives this code intermittently when it can't process the information from a failed sensor, so you might get lucky.

Thanks for using FixYa. Error F3-E2 in your Whirlpool oven means oven too hot and to resolve this issue you'll have to replace the oven temp. sensor (probe). Please rate the solution if the issue is resolved or post a comment for further assistance.
