Just bought a laptop and some web site addresses are comeing up as 18content lock how do i remove it

Two possible reasons
The web site is on some sort of database with the antivirus and the IP address is being flagged as malicious. The web server that the web site is on may have another web site on it that is malicious and the anti virus has rejected the web server ip address.

Reason 2. The web site contains malicious Java script code or tracking cookies that are malicious in nature.

Another situation
The site is using encryption SSL the URL would start with HTTPS and the security certificate is outdated or incorrect. Would come up as certificate problem .

web site domain name you entered may have a redirect from its web site domain name to a different domain name.

second cause
You may have a virus or a spyware program taking over control of your internet browser.and altering your web site addresses.

Either the web-site has been shut down, is being updated or maintained or you typed the wrong url (where you type the www part).  Sometimes, pages, like magazine articles age and get removed from the site. 

 

You can, however, try type just the part of the web address up to the 'm' .com.  for example just got to http://www.countrylife.com (leave out anything that comes after it) and then go to the 'contact us' link, on that web site, to ask why you cannot get to the part of the site that comes after the dot com.  For insatnce: http://www,countrylife.com/mycurrentgame/html...  and email them the link you cannot connect to

Since you are almost struck even with an antivirus. I would recommend you to try an OS restore to a good know previous restore point. This could help because the virus might have affected the registry keys and its manual repair is very tedious job.

that web address consist of some harmfull activities such as virus, spyware, ..... etc so it is blocked by web cops
