for the past few months i have been trying to get my hdd1630/17 gogear fix but cant, not even the experts at philips could help. every time i connect the mp3 player to my pc a balloon pops up and states "usb device not recognized no drivers installed for this device" so i open its properties and trouble shoot and it comes out to the solution that it is working properly which it is not. i have done it all unistalled windows media player restored my pc taked my pc to get a dynogstic exam and everything can out ok.....who can help me?......

I do have the exact same problem. I used it just once. After that It started giving this error.
