Thanks for help but I did it.First I picked up right speaker cover and then moved to the left.It was simple but i started from bottom and I haved problem. You just have to take out speaker cover and you can have acces to heatsink and CPU.So I cleaned everything.Don`t forget about one screw on your left.Aha one more thing. The thermal paste was like stone, it was hard to remove but polish remover did excellent job.

Have you cleaned the fan, vents, and heatsink with a Can of Compressed Air? You may have to open the Laptop to clean thoroughly using Compressed Air and a light brush, use ESD protection as well. Improve air flow from the bottom of the laptop through to the side vents. A Laptop Cooler is a option. Hopefully you haven't done any damage to vital components due to overheating. Verify the fan is in working order and free of dust, obstructions.

Hi am using sony vpccw21fx pc...it gets turn off quite often. when i use multiple programs and it also when i open a hd video or a game on the laptop.please give me a solution

The motherboard is getting to hot, it will need to be dismantled down to the main board, you need to verify the cooling fan is working properly, next remove fan and heatsink, get a can of compressed air and clean out all clogged ports and fan, now remove old thermal paste with rubbing alcohol and a paper towel and apply fresh compound to the processor and heatsink, small amount and spread evenly then assemble.

My computer shut off by itself even though the battery was charged and the battery light kept blinking even after my computer was off. computer seems hotter than usual on bottom as well

It is probably shutting down to prevent thermal damage dut to overheating. Check that the fan is working. Even if it is, if the vents are clogged with dust the machine will not be able to cool properly. The only real remedy is to open the case, clean all the vents and fan, remove the heatsink, clean off old thermal paste and apply new paste before replacing the heatsink and putting back together.

I have a sony vaio vgn nr430e laptop the display goes off as soon as the cpu fan starts rotating

That could be a problem with the heatsink/fan assembly on the processor. It sounds like the processor is starting up, getting warm as they do, the fan starts up but does not cool efficiently enough and forces a shut down due to heat.
Clean out the fan assembly and replace the old heatsink compound on the processor heat sink.
Hope that helps.

Sony Vaio PCG-K30 laptop does not work

By removing the heatsink and cleaning it, you may have wipe d the heat sink compund, or the heatsink is not well attached to the base and is not making full contact with the CPU.
Check for this two conditions, and correct them.
Everything should be fine.

Cpu fan malfunction

Hello Chris....i highly recommend you dont "pry" on anything and it have it serviced by a qualified tech. The vaio incorporates the heatsink and fan as a unit, It's a 2 wire fan that is temp. controled from 5v and up. You can take a vacuum and place at the ventilation opening and remove some of the dirt & dust that has accumulated inside, this will help. The cost is around 100 buxs for a new fan & sink...Sony part # 1-763-483-12. Attached is a pic of the unit..; Also note: a depleted battery will effect fan operation as well.
Hope this helps and will fixya up....
