Question about Nokia 5200 Cellular Phone
This is the same as a subsidy unlock. If you are using the phone with the original carrier you can obtain an unlock code from them. Normally the phone will not ask for this with the original carrier, but it can happen. You can try to take the battery off while the phone is on. Make sure the SIM is inserted properly and it should go away.
