Question about Panasonic KX-FHD351 Plain Paper Thermal transfer Fax

1 Answer

When I send faxes the reciever gets a different fax caller ID

I have recently bought a Panasonic FHD351 off of Ebay. And I sent a fax and the person I sent it to told me it said the last owners name. Is there a way I can change it to my name?

Does this model also act a copier? If so does it make a copy? If so mite be fax issue. Use alchol to clean rollers, remove draw and clean them.

Nope No mirror, try cleaning the drum corona wire. Gently clean wire with a #2 pecil eraser to remove any dirt, then open fax sheet feeder and GENTLY clean with alcohol wipe across the light bar scanner. Paper dust builds up on this.

Faulty fax machine

You can try cleaning that roller with a rag and some rubbing alcohol. Scrub it really good all the way around and that should help.
