You can call in and they can unlock by making a change in the system or the only other option is a service and repair center if you have already tried the last four digits of the phone number

yep that same exact thing happen too me, what u have too do is probably go too a phone store and get it reset or unlocked and then ask them too put a password and u will be set
If you are completely locked out of the device not even sprint technical support can unlock it they will just refer you to the store, if you just forgot it but can still get in the device they will be able to unlock (by having you enter a ##3282 code and having you use current code to retrieve it)... so if your completely locked out please go into a sprint repair center, if not call sprint tech and they will be able to retreive your security code.
