There is a downloadable manual from go to documents, and note it is in alphabetical order -- so page through to "sensor" or you can search on the word "sensor" (don't include SR12). Also excellent training video on youtube

I think, but not validated yet, that the Sensor SR12 (residential model) has been discontinued as I found it listed in their manuals under the discontinued section as well.

There is an actual download online available but the model numbers are slightly different. If you visit and select the ENGLISH go through to the SERVICE link and you'll see the DOWNLOAD menu. Click on that and you'll be given the entire European Sebo list of products. Look for the following info and seek out the the following numbers which are the same as the SR12: Instruction manuals are saved in PDF format.

Sebo Automatic XP1 Sebo Automatic XP2 Sebo Automatic XP3
If your SR12 has the four LED light panel at the front then it is based on the Sebo Automatic XP1/2/3 series.
Sebo Professional G1 Sebo Professional G2
If the SR12 only has the two LED panel on the front which shows a clogged brush light and a bag fill light, then this comes under the Professional G1/G2 series.

Unfortunately there is no online manual and the hard copy which I have does not tell you much of anything common sense wouldn't. I do however have the exploded parts view and all of the part numbers factory direct.

I have windsor s12 red light for bag is full is on and it's not clogged. what next

Check the line going from the bottom of the vacuum to the bag, it may be clogged. A coat hanger can help you clear any jams, but be careful not to puncture the duct.

Windsor sensor vacuum lights flashing then motor shuts off

I've worked on these a lot. What I think you're explaining is the bypass flow switch which is a common failure. It's located in the base inside the auction side of motor housing...

My windsor sensor 12 inch vacuum is to hard to push. I bought a new one and its doing the same thing. My vacuum repair man says he cant fix the problem. My shoulders are sore from working so hard. Help

It\'s possibly the type of carpet you\'re using it on. The sensors use the brush speed and the amount of air flow to determine carpet height. Some berber, and tweeds make these things horrible to push. We sell sebo, who make the windsor and we\'ve had the same issue on random carpeting. We end up selling the G- Series units in these situations because they adjust manually so not to suck themselves tight to the floor. Sebo/Windsor make amazing products but there\'s just no helping this, it happens sometimes.

My windsor vacuum brush light keeps coming on

You may try a new brush. With these models the light will continuously run to signal it needs the brush replaced.

I have windsor s12 vaccum this one have brush up light on

The windsor Sensor brush indicator light will come on when:

  • Something stuck in the brushroller
  • Brushroller is worn and needs replacement
  • height is wrong (indicates a problem with height adjustment)
  • a bad circut board/sensor
more than likely your brushroller just needs to be replaced, very common.
