Can not connect board to game help

As long as you are following the instructions properly, I would say you have a defective board. This accessory is notorious for failing even brand new straight out of the box. In fact, they are so unreliable that most consignment game shops will not even consider purchasing them from you.

If you are simply finding it difficult to connect the board because you lack the proper instructions, here you go: How to sync Wii Tony Hawk Ride Skateboard (not my vid, but this is exactly what you need to do).

Cannot calibrate Tony Hawk Shred for Wii

I had the same problem. I solved it and got the board to calibrate immediately when I replaced the brand new batteries with used batteries. Brand new batteries apparently make the lasers very sensitive. You have less sensitive sensors with the used batteries. I just took some AA's out of my cable remotes. The game is awesome once you get it calibrated. I felt your pain for an hour or so.

Wii Tony Hawk Shred Board won't calibrate.

close all the curtains in the room, turn off all the lights, cover t.v. screen with a sheet, raise the board approximately 3 feet off the ground on cardboard boxes, place wii controller box in front of t.v.(i laid it flat on its side) so it was same level as the skate board, leave the room after several trys this finally worked for us! be sure everything else in room is turned off.,

OUR TONY HAWK BOARD WILL NOT CONNECT WITH THE SYSTEM. THE BLUE LIGHTS FLASH A FEW TIMES THEN THE SKATE BOARD CONTROLLER TURNS OFF.

You probably need to sync the controller to the system. I am not sure if it works the same as the remote, but if you have the instruction booklet, it should tell you how to sync the controller.
Usually, there should be a sync button on the controller. Press it, and then press the sync button behind the sd compartment on the console.
