Question about Wurlitzer Jukebox 1015 One More Time 100-Disc CD Changer

1 Answer

Carrier turns constantly

I own a Wurlitzer Jukebox One More Time 1015 (100CD)
Problem is that the carrier turns constantly, impossiable to stop endless rotation, only by taking out the power socket.
I viewed the trouble shooting manual, and I found that the reason could be:
- Plug "black" in the SCC unit is in the reverse position
- Faulty lamp in the carrier light gate,
This is all the info I could find in the manual that I got with my Jukebox, and the only info I could find online.
I need assistance since I am not able to fix the problem, I am not sure what is Plug "black", and I am not sure what is the lamp in the carrier gate, how do I know if it is faulty, and if it is faulty how do I replace it,

Please provide information as to how should I fix the problem,

Re: carrier turns constantly

If you look at the SCC (selection and credit computer) on the right hand side (it's a white box). It has two LEDS (red lights). marked K and M. One flashes every cD position. One flashes every full revolution. If they aren't flashing then your light in the light gate is probably duff.

The light is in the little black box at 6 oclock on the CD carousel as you look at it fromt the front..It's obvious if it is on.

All tube lights turn 90 degrees and pull out. The columns tubes have a black tab to grab hold to turn the light and the rotating tube. Both come out together.

Is your 3 digit display on? If not, does the Z LED Flash when rotating the record carrier? If so, you may need to have your computer repaired. If the Z LED doesn't flash, check the 12 volt fuse in the amplifier. If you need your computer repaired or further assistance, please email me, Rod Stebelton,

Cd holder spins round doesnt select cd

I can help with this problem, but I need more information. Does it just constantly rotate? Are the lights marked K and Z constantly lit on the Selection & Credit Computer? If so, it may be as simple as a burnt-out light gate bulb....I have these in stock and would be happy to help you troubleshoot further. Please email Rod Stebelton,
