What going on when that happens? How do you reset the phone?

Guruif you see the hourglas its probably when you retarted the phone.
If you want to do a complete reset, assign a password, then enter the code wrong 10 times - it will wipe the device, and its fresh like new

i think its a problem ignorance from the part of user.......please do cantact u r service provider.....it doesnt suits for an indian citizen,,,,,,the best thing to do is...put u r bkack berry in a black water tank......or throw it to a running dog.....
