If the touch screen feature is not working, and you cant navigate to the calibrate screen, push the off switch but release right away, so it dont turn off, it will bring up the calibrate operation, its a default to access the calibrate when you cant navigate the screens.

Calibrate it or reset it by pressing the reset hole at the right side of it using a pin

Sorry but reset doesnt work. when you touch the screen it doesnt respond, i had it respond once and was able to download music it simply has a defective screen. needs to be replaced.. any ideas where to buy screen?
