I have a Lexmark all in one printer and have just upgraded to Vista. I have been able to download Vista drivers for the printer but the scanner doesn't work. Is there a way around this?

Experienced the same problem.
The Dutch importer suggested to try photogallery, but was not sure of it. Howevr it proved to be the solution.
Open <windows photogallery>, then <files>, click on <import from camera and scvanner>, then click on <import>.
If your printer is switched <on> it now will start scanning and send the result in your file <pictures>, normally on your C:disc.
I just tried it and it functions well, at least in black-and-white.
Still have to check the color scanning, but that will probably no problem either.

I download the driver for P6350 all n one and it will work with Vista. I need the driver. Please help
