Question about Cell Phones
Heard you guys are the best. This may be difficult though. Got a Nokia 6555 cell through ATT. Yahoo says it's new beta Yahoo Go 3.0 will work. Doesn't download because it says I have a 6555"b". ATT didn't know what that meant. I called Nokia. They say the b designates ATT installed software that apparently doesn't allow (or incompatible to) Yahoo Go 3.0.
Short of returning the phone, is there a way around it?
Alternative, any of you using a (non-expensive) cell phone with yahoo Go 3.0 on it, that you'd recommend? Do you think all phones withh ATT software will do the same blocking?
Thanks for any help you could offer.
I am not sure about the installation etc but I think all of the cariers now let you have a phone for a trail period. you could go ahead and get another phone and keep trading it out until you find one that is compatible...
check with AT&T about their return policy
