Heat quit it just quit getting hot. I shut off the circut breaker for 30 min to see if it would reset itself,with no luck. I does everything right except actually dry anything.

I'd go to Circut breaker box and turn off the circuit breaker for 10 min or so and see if it will reset itself.

Is it on a dedicated circut? A dishwasher needs to have a 12Ga two conductor with ground line that is dedicated to ONLY the dishwasher and possibly share with the garbage disposal.
Also, it should be on a 20 Amp breaker.

You will want to make sure that all of your spa equipment is functioning properly. It is best for a spa technician or electrician to determine this issue.
It is likely that a particular piece of equipment is turning on around the 30 min time frame and causing the breaker to trip. Pump, ozonator or similar. Also check the heater element, a pin sized hole in the element will cause it to fail. Lastly your spas breaker itself could be bad.

I would say it could be one of two things. The heating elements could be bad, not likely though as the were working when the dryer was reset. You may want to try changing your circuit breaker, as your heating elements work off of the 2 phase 240 voltage while everything else in the dryer works off 120V. Check the voltage on each phase of the breaker in your electric panel see if your putting out the full 110-120V per phase.

the engine is getting to hot & shutting down either not the right fuel mix or not enough oil in engine sometimes the mixture screws need to be adjusted

YES, THERE IS A OVERLOAD PROTECTOR ON THE MOTOR ITSELF. THERE HAS TO BE A REASON WHY THE MOTOR IS GETTING EXCESSIVELY HOT. PROBABLY A BEARING THAT IS BINDING.

I would start by have the starter itself checked. Electrical resistance may be increased by warmer temperatures.
