Cleaned the paper pick up roller and also check to see that the paper is not bent in the paper tray.

1. Turn the copier off.
2. Remove the Toner Cartridge:NOTE: If you are not sure how to remove the Toner Cartridge, refer to Related Links at the bottom of this page.
   
3. Remove the Input Tray on the right side of the copier, if applicable.
4. Slide the Platen to the right by pushing in on the grey square Release Button on the back of the copier, then sliding the Platen.
5. Fold up the Exit Tray on the left side of the copier, if applicable.
6. Stand the copier upright on its left side.
7. Remove the Bottom Access Door (see Related Links).
CAUTION: Be careful not to touch the red surface of the Drum.

8. Locate the green Drum Cartridge Release Lever at the bottom of the Drum Cartridge.
9. Lift up on the Drum Cartridge Release Lever.
10. Pull up on the bottom of the Drum Cartridge. The Drum Cartridge will pivot upwards.
11. Pull back on the Drum Cartridge to remove it from the copier.

The paper pick up rollers have lost their grip and need replaced, but I wouldn't put that much expense into fixing it.
