Nokia 6020 Speaker Problem

I can hear the voice of incoming calls but the caller is not getting my voice.

    i drop my nokia 6020.i tried to call my phone to check if its ok.but i can't hear the ring tone and also message tone.i tried also a speaker mic also not doing good.kindly help me

The mi might be busted..have it replaced or maybe the mic contacts are dirty so try cleaning them off..

I am able to hear incoming call i.e. No voice of caller...on e72 nokia
Hi, when you can't hear the voice of the caller calling you ,it means that the earpiece of the phone which is located slightly above where the screen is. the earpiece is not ok and it needs to be replaced.

When you replace i,you will now be able to hear the incoming callers voice.

Cannot hear callers voice during a call but caller hears mine
if you cant hear caller voice. do one thing go to gallery and go to voice recorder and record some voice then save that then go to media and play recorded sound if its working means your loud speaker is working but not ear peic means (ear speaker) not working. so then you need to change ear speaker.you can do your self just watch video on online.

Caller cant hear me
check ur speaker phone ..its dead..try to replace it ..i think its the only solution or test it with your voice recording..if not working then its confirm that its dead and need an replacement

I have the reverse problem.  Callers can hardly hear me. I saw a setting in the headunit that allows you to specify where the audio plays for incoming calls.  You can choose the Left Front Speaker, the Right Front Speaker or Both.  Check the manual and make sure its set to both.

Cant hear caller voice
speaker of your phone is faulty, this problem can be solved only if a Hardware (electronics) engineer or technician replace the speader of your phone
