I am trying to connect my new cellphone via the dongle to my PC to send files back and forth but I am unable to get a security code

Some of the Pantograms software programs require a USB dongle connected to the computer. However, the driver for this dongle has to be installed before you install the software or connect the dongle. I suspect you may not have installed the driver or the dongle is missing.

Assuming that the dongle is connected:
Close your embroidery software program and all of the Pantograms software, including the Network C software, on your computer and remove the USB device. Put the software install CD into your machine's optical drive. (If your new machine doesn't have an optical drive, get a USB optical drive or copy the files from the CD to a 1GB+ USB flash drive at another computer with an optical drive.) If Windows XP starts the autorun routine for the CD, click Exit. Then double-left click on My Computer to launch File Explorer. Go to the CD drive (or USB drive if you used the work-around) and double-click on it. Open the Rainbow Drivers folder and then open the XP folder. Double click on the program: setup.exe . Choose Complete install as the program executes. Then close File Explorer when the install is done. Now insert the USB dongle and follow the on-screen message about New Hardware found to install the Rainbow driver from C: .

If you do not see the New Hardware found message, try putting the dongle into a different USB port. (Make sure to avoid USB hubs - they can add to USB device issues.) If the dongle doesn't work at any port, you may need to use a different method. There is a flash reader available for connecting a USB flash drive to the Toyota 830 here: http://www.plrelectronics.com/lab/usb_reader.php . (Scroll down to the Toyota machine section. This isn't cheap but it is cheaper than some of the newer embroidery software packages.)

hi i think u might have directly copied the games to ur phone's memory card via data cable doing so may result in the phone saying unsupported files but since ur phone is java supported and the games will work for sure u can install the games via bluetooth enabled laptop or even u can use a bluetooth dongle to install the games in ur mobile.To install the games in ur mobile via the dongle follow these steps:-
1.first plug in the bluetooth dongle in ur system and ur PC will detect it,as soon as it detects the device go to the START menu PROGRAMS ->ACCESSORIES->COMMUNICATIONS->BLUETOOTH TRANSFER WIZARD and click on the ur system bluetooth wizard
2.switch on ur mobile bluetooth and search for any paired device u will receive a prompt message as soon as ur system detects the mobile and will ask u to enter the password type the same password which the system will generate and ur mobile will be paired u can then select a game file and send it in ur mobile from the PC via the dongle as soon as the file is copied u will receive a message in the mobile to install it type yes and there u go the game will be installed.

There are 2 Methods
1 is via Bluetooth other option is using a USB data cable
via Bluetooth - Switch on BT on both PC and phone. - Click on BT icon in the phone and select send a file or you may send directly by selecting the file. - Accept the file receiving via phone.
Via USB cable
- Connect the cable. - Select Mass Storage from the phone , when prompted. - Copy files to the newly installed removable drive (Which is phone's memory)

Sounds like the profiles are a match for sending but on some phones you need to set the phone as ready to receive the file. You should be getting a message that the PC is trying to send a file and it may ask for a pin code. You can also authorize the two devices, creating a bond that will by-pass this process. If you add your model phone, I can give more specific help.

You do not have a BT but you do have IR on your phone. You can send the video tp your PC via Infra Red. If you do not have an IR facility on your PC then attach an IR dongle to it, install it and Connect your phone via IR. And sen the files. If you want to send to a phone then that phone should have an IR on it. Switch on the IR of both your phones and place them such that the IRs of both are in line with each other. They will connect and when connected you can send files from one to the other.

Your phone fall under the categoty BB5, which cant be unlocked by normal master code using IMEI..

AFTER INSTALLATION OPEN IT

THEN CLiK ON SCAN BUTTON
AFTER THAT CLiK ON PHONE INFO
NOW CLiK ON SCAN
NOW CLiK ON PERMANENT MEMORY TAB given on right bottom of application
NOW CLiK ON READ
IT WILL READ THE PERMANENT MEMORY FILE
& WRITE IT TO THE DISK
UR PM FILE WILL BE LOCATED IN THE PATH:
D:\Program Files\NSS\Backup\pm\356252*********.pm

open that PM file in NOTEPAD

now scroll uptil FIELD [308] and on the 5th RECORD ur security code is saved
like that
5=31313131310000000000 remove all the "3" digits and it will be like that
5= 11111 0000000000 now its 11111 thats it.

I connect to my pogo via bluetooth with my laptop, To print a picture - Right click on the picture file and send to the bluetooth device.

I would love to see a rinter driver for it myself.
