Getting error code e2 and "10" flashing alternately. What does this mean?

I have the same problem

I know someone who can solve this problem

My copy machine Canon 6012 is flashing E2 then 10 and when starting up the light stops 1/2 way across. Please help

Exactly the same E05 and 10 flashing alternately

try to reset by pressing the small black button located at rear right corner under the cover
