Innovage LLC is the importer for this toy for The Blue Hat Toy Company. I can find no information on Blue Hat Toy Company to see if replacemnet parts are available to fix this toy. Could you be of any assistance?

On my first day flying one of the rotor blades broke. I'm going to try to super glue it, but don't know if it will work. I was hoping to find replacement parts, but looks like I'm out of luck?
My daughter was given a microscope set from this same company- Blue Hat Toy Company- for Christmas from her grandparents, and the lightsource on it has never worked. I also found there is not any information listed to be able to contact them. This tells me it does not have customer service and the people of this company probably know they sell junk. I would tell everyone to just take it back to where they bought it. If the store, such as CVS, constantly gets returns on products from this company, they will stop carrying their products.
Hoverlitehelocopter looked good in package, but at $20 at CVS, what do you expect I guess. Trying to locate parts website, to buy replacement rotor like everyone else, but to no avail. Replacement parts probably more costly than buying another unit altogether. You get what you pay for, I suppose...
I have bought 2 of these Hover lite RC helicopters for my son(by the way his hart is broken) , and not one of them as functioned properly , They spin out of control, dont turn worth a damn, and I cannot get the helicopter to fly back to me . When it takes off it gradually flys away. I have tried adjusting the potitometer to control the spin ( how ever you spell it) with no luck . If any1 has any solutions to fixing these problems, which I doubt..let me know. I threw one of them away a week after purchase ...haha ... Thanxs for nothin and the hugh disappointment hover lite...bunch of crooks if u ask me ..
hey I was adjusting my helicopter blade and I broke it accidently just from there where the blade starts from the centre (the blade holder from the middle) wut should I do in that case its only one side so plz help me with that and reply me at urban_behaviour@hotmail.com....thanks
I purchased a hoverLites readio controlled helicopter and the tail rotor blade was broken during shipment. I would like to replace this part since this is the only thing damaged during shipment.

Same problem, while flying the hover lite a gust of wind blew it near a tree branch and the rotor broke. I would like to replace the rotor but have not found any info re: this company, bluehat toy co. I guess the next step is garbage can, Too bad it was fun while it lasted.
I just bought a hover Lites copter today.(8/22/08) on the bottom of the box is a sticker that reads >> "Please do not return damaged item to retail store. To buy replacement parts, call 1-800-374-2744 or please visit our websites www.bluehatbrands.com or www.hover-lites.com "
I tried the phone number before posting this and it is a valid number.
Also paperwork indicates the copters are distributed by MerchSource LLC, Foothill Ranch, California
