Question about Apple iPod MA446LL/A MP3 Player

1 Answer

8GB Nano My daughter received the nano for Christmas. She says that all her songs need to remain on itunes so that when she plugs in to charge it doesn't sync and erase them all. I have a 1GB computer and she has so over filled it I have no option but to remove the music. Can the ipod be charged without syncing? What about if she wants to add more music, is there a way to do it without syncing? I need my computer for work and cannot have it down due to music. HELP!

You need an Apple ID and a credit card. Open iTunes, sign up for an account. Buy songs. Connect iPod Nano to iTunes and sync songs to iPod.

I have a black 8gb ipod nano and when I sync previous songs

this is what you will do, when you sync it again stop the automatic sync the click on your player on the itunes window to see its details, you will see 3 or 4 checkboxes and check manually add music or songs and ucncheck if there is any, the box that says automatically sync music, then click sync, it will start syncing again the disconnect. add songs only to the folder where itunes have got the songs so that next time you sync the ipod the songs previously added wont be erased.

My nano 8gb has frozen and shows connected eject

You just need to reset it, hold down the middle button and the "Menu" button for about 7-8 seconds or until you see the Apple logo.
Hope this helps!

My daughter has an ipod nano and i dont know how to put songs for free onto it. i need easy instructions plz......

You need to have iTunes installed on your computer. It's a free download from Apple. Load your CD's into iTunes or buy songs from the Apple iTunes Music Store. Connect your iPod and synch. Note: most songs are copyrighted so you can't get them for FREE, that is stealing.
