the return neutral wire from the bulb has to have a bare spot on it touching the metallic case somewhere in the dryer,when you remove the bulb you just isolate the bare spot on the neutral wire from the hot wire

I had this strange occurance too. It appeared right after I connected the antenna wire so I changed to another style input and got the full screen shot. i did not investagate the input on the tv further as I had other connections i was able to use. I hope that helps with yours.

Hi, this mirror glass is held in with plastic tabs, in a circular pattern, on the back side of the mirror.Wearing proper gloves, simply grab the glass behind the black backing, and pull out on it, BE CAREFUL OF BROKEN GLASS. Once the glass is out, remove any wires that may be attached, by simply pulling them off of the connectors, replace the glass, and pop back in.

It sounds like your machine needs to be calibrated. First try turning the machine off and unplug it for about 15 seconds. When you turn it back on it will reboot its software and stabilize the image units. If this does not correct the problem you can perform a gradation adjustment by:

1 Load 11 × 17 L-size paper into the 1st drawer.
❍ Letter C, A3 L or A4 C can be loaded instead.

2 Press the [Utility] key.

3 Touch [Admin. Mode].

4 Using the keypad, type in the administrator code.
❍ Touch [Enter].

5 Touch [Gradation Adjustment].
The Gradation Adjustment screen appears.

6 Press the [Start] key.
A test pattern is printed.

7 After the test pattern is printed, a screen appears, indicating how
the test pattern must be loaded.

8 Place the printed test pattern on the original glass.
❍ Align the edges of the printed test pattern with the document scales.

9 Place into the 1st drawer 10 more sheets of blank paper of the same size as the printed test pattern page.

10 Close the original cover, or the reverse automatic document feeder if it is installed.

11 Press the [Start] key. The printed test pattern is scanned.

12 Based on the scanned image, the gradation levels are automatically adjusted.
After the gradation levels are adjusted, the Admin. Mode screen appears again.

13 Repeat steps 5 through 12 three times.

14 Touch [Exit], and then touch [Exit] in the Utility screen.

you get to the touch sceen by holdin down the frist tow buttons and turning the machine on the singer sceen will turn on just touch the sceen and you will see a small black box touch the box and it should move touch it four times and then touch the stright stiche white button at the bottum of the sceen it will save the settings and it will work .

yes you can take the glass out but leave the plastic that protects the screen. but remember your touch screen wont work if the glass is not replaced which can be a bit expensive

I have posted the answer to this problem if the sceen is misaligned just turn off the machine and hold down the frist to buttons turn the machine back on the singer sceen shows up touch ithe sceen it should freeze and then a small black box should show up touch the box and it should move to a differant spot touch it four times and then rub you finger accross the stright stiche white button at the bottum of the sceen this saves the changes.

You may be able to reach it through taking off the back cover and wiping the screen down. If not you will have to remove the screen assembly.
