Sony Digital DSC-707 Camera Error Mes...

I have a Sony Digital camera DSC-707 with an error of (E:16:10)flashing all the time while on, from what the manual says it has to be fixed by a service techinican if the reset button dose not fix it, it still works OK and takes photos but a makes a beeping sound than just flashes the error code (E:16:10), can you help.
