Question about HP Color LaserJet 3500 Printer
When hooking up our printer (HP Laserjet 3550) we printed a test page, which the printer printed fine... After that one piece printed, we attempted to print from the three other computers on the network- the printer spit out blank pages... we tried printing again from the first computer and it also spit out a blank page... we printed the "event log" directly from the printer and it printed just fine in b&w and color but it continues to only spit out blank paper when receiving print jobs from any of the computers... it still says its receiving data but nothing is printed. Any ideas?
Try connecting the printer via the USB port on either one of the computers. Then test if the machine prints fine then likely possibility is that the Network interface card is faulty remove the network card and install in a different slot and test. If the same thing happens then reinstall the drivers and test.
