Question about Amana DLW330RA Top Load Washer
Water did not shut off . Washer kept filling. Even with washer unplugged water continued to run into washer
With these symptoms, there is only one culprit, the inlet valve is stuck or there is trash inside the valve body holding the seals open. You have removed all other possible culprits by unplugging the machine.
You have two options:
1) Replace the inlet valve.
2) Sometimes you can take the valve apart carefully and clean it out and put it back together and it will solve the problem.
The valve is not hard to take apart, you just have to observe and remember where everything goes.
