Question about Palm Tungsten E2 Handheld
My player (purchased 6 months ago) stopped producing any sound two weeks ago.
A hard and soft reset has not worked.
According to earlier on line support from Palm, this is a hardware rather than a software problem.
I have also had the same problem, and I discovered that it may be caused by a little sensor in the headphone jack which enables the external speaker. Sometimes it gets stuck in the "off" position. Try plugging in and removing the headphones, that should solve the problem.

Then go and get its speaker checked.
