Question about Olympus FE-230 Digital Camera
I was on a trip to Aruba, had taken pictures before getting there (which I can still view) and was able to view the pics I took in Aruba while there. Four days into the trip, I got the "error message" and now I can not view the pics I took while in Aruba, before I got the message. I subsequently took pics after the message, which I can now view, but want the others back. How can I recover those pics?
Well, you can try to recover it using recovery software, but you are out of luck, it seems Olympus have some issue with memory card slot in FE model, I have FE280 and it happened to me three times already and I call the support they are no help what so ever. Answer they provide is format the card.
you can try to recover it using memory card reader, but you have to find one that support Xd slot.
Sorry to hear that you have that problem, take as lesson learn and don't buy Olympus.
