Question about Canon - SUPER G3 FAX BOARD-T1 (0450B002AA)
I have run into the issue where data has been sent to the printer, the memory in use light is on and it won't print!!! It would do this once in a while and I used to be able to unplug it, plug it back in and it would work. Now I've tried that, I've removed and put back the ink cartridge, and opened and closed just about everything on it.
There are no alarms, any suggestions?
Ok..you troubleshoot your printer.Go to printers.click start, click printers and faxes.after you open the program, right-click on your printer icon then click properties then click print test page..this will test if your'e printer is functioning properly.. just make sure that there's a paper feed on the printer bay.ok?

Sometimes turning it off and on again fixes it. However, we started having a problem where it would print out one page after you powered it back on again and then give the "incorrect paper size" message. I've found that by either holding down the green button or repeatedly pressing it while it powers back on (and held until the first page prints) fixes the problem.
